WE ARE: Healthy Japanese Fast Food
The core belief of Wok & Roll Teriyaki Restaurants is healthy quick service food, badly needed in the marketplace in virtually all areas. This food style can be delivered fast and fresh along with being delicious and healthy.
Wok & Roll Teriyaki offers flame grilled teriyaki meats which are marinaded 2-3 days before serving. The meats have an explosive flavor and are served with your choice of white or brown rice or rice noodles and fresh steam vegetables. Teriyaki dishes are processed and served in 1-2 minutes as a normal operating time in our restaurants. We are FAST!
Freshly rolled sushi is offered at prices 25-35% lower than most sushi bar concepts. Wok & Roll receives fresh fish 3-4 times weekly and uses the finest ingredients available. Sushi orders are processed within 2-4 minutes on average.
The preparation methods use virtually no grease or oil, no preservatives or MSG, and over 90% of the menu items have less than 18% of their calories from fat. Flame grilled meats and steamed rice, noodles, and fresh veggies offer a fantastic healthy alternative to other fat & grease products offered in the market place today.
Turbo F3 Brown rice (more fiber, more nutrients) is now offered as an option with all dishes, with 3 gluten free items and veggetarian option.
The restaurants theme is quick-service Japanese food with a twist. The interior theme is spotted with classic American legends of Rock & Roll with the music background being the classic songs of the 60's through 80's. The interior decor combines the setting of a traditional oriental city and images of the famous rock stats of America, blending so well together for lots of fun for young and old alike.
The company has three different operational models:
1. Stand alone with interior seating. (1,000 to 1,500 sq. ft)
2. Stand along with seating and drive-thru. (1000 - 2,500 sq. ft)
3. Food court setting or take out only. (300-800 sq. ft.)
